Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026

AmericasDC LLC (“AmericasDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit americasdc.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact details you submit through our forms or by email: name, company, email address, and phone number (optional).
  • The content of your messages and inquiries.
  • If you opt in to SMS communications, your phone number and the date and time of your consent.

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps.
  • If you arrive via a personalized link we sent you, we associate your visit with that link so we can respond in context.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for basic site functionality and analytics (see Section 6).

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Site is not directed at children.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
  • Schedule and deliver consultations and diagnostic reports;
  • Communicate with you by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp according to the preferences and consents you have given;
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Maintain records of interactions for service quality and accountability;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

By opting in to SMS communications from AmericasDC LLC — by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by texting us first, or by otherwise providing express consent — you agree to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry and our services.

  • Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@americasdc.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No third-party sharing of SMS consent: Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for text messaging purposes will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages (e.g., our messaging platform provider).

4. WhatsApp Communications

If you choose WhatsApp as your contact channel, we will communicate with you there only after you have initiated contact or given express consent. WhatsApp messages are subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy policy in addition to this one. You can stop WhatsApp communications at any time by telling us so in the conversation or by emailing us.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate (e.g., website hosting, messaging and telephony platforms, scheduling, data storage, and automation tools), bound to use it only on our behalf;
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary;
  • Authorities, if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We never sell or rent personal information, and we never share SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing (see Section 3).

6. Cookies & Analytics

The Site uses essential cookies for functionality and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site features.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and maintain accurate business records. Interaction records (including message logs) are retained as part of our service documentation. You may request deletion at any time (Section 8).

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time (email unsubscribe link, reply STOP for SMS, or simply tell us).

To exercise any of these rights, email info@americasdc.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we honor verified requests accordingly. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including access controls and reputable, security-audited service providers — to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data proportionately to its sensitivity.

10. International Visitors

AmericasDC LLC is based in the United States and our services are directed at US businesses. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US.
